The North Fork Community Choir was born at Christmas, 2000, with a small group of about 15 souls. I enlisted the Sugar Pine Trio to be the basis of the choir, so I would have an alto, a bass and a tenor for sure! Over the past 10 years, we have grown to over 50 singers, and have had many more who have participated. Several of our members have moved away, and we truly miss their voices, but we have been joined by wonderful new voices over the years to keep our numbers strong.
This choir is the best thing I do in my life, outside my family, and they have all become family to me. The bonds of community, and the joy of creating such beautiful music together, is a true gift that I am so grateful for. I often think of this group as "synergy", because the whole is always so much greater than the sum of the parts.

A note on the NFCC website
I have quickly created this as a support for Gina and the Choir members.
Some of the content I am simply copying and pasting as Gina has sent it to me. Some of the content I am formatting.
As time allows I will continue to add content to this site. It can be quite a valuable resource.
As the site is not as polished as I prefer, please excuse any loose threads.
